- Most pickup orders are ready withinย 30 minutesย during regular store hours.
- You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please wait for your pickup notification before coming to the store.
- A valid photo ID or your order confirmation may be requested at pickup.
- Orders will be held forย 14 daysย from the date you are notified they are ready. If you need additional time, please contact us.
- Most items are available for in-store pickup; however, certain oversized or specialty items may not be eligible.

We currently ship within the United States.
- FREE standard shippingย on orders ofย $100 or moreย (before taxes and after discounts).
- Orders under $100 ship forย $5.99โ$13.99, based on package weight and destination.
- Orders are shipped viaย USPS, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery, depending on your location and the most efficient shipping method.
- Most orders are processed and shipped withinย 1โ3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or other peak shopping periods.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Online Returns
- Return requests must be submitted withinย 14 days of deliveryย for a full refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3โ5 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Gift Returns
Eligible items returned with aย gift receiptย are not eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Instead, they may be exchanged or returned forย store creditย only.
