We currently ship within the United States.

  • FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
  • Orders under $100 ship for $5.99–$13.99, based on package weight and destination.
  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery, depending on your location and the most efficient shipping method.
  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or other peak shopping periods.
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@wrhomecompany.com.

  • Orders that have not yet been processed may be canceled for a full refund.
  • Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
  • If you no longer wish to keep the order after it ships, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Online Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Gift Returns

Eligible items returned with a gift receipt are not eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Instead, they may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
