We offerΒ FREE in-store pickupΒ on all eligible orders.
- Most pickup orders are ready withinΒ 30 minutesΒ during regular store hours.
- You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please wait for your pickup notification before coming to the store.
- A valid photo ID or your order confirmation may be requested at pickup.
- Orders will be held forΒ 14 daysΒ from the date you are notified they are ready. If you need additional time, please contact us.
- Most items are available for in-store pickup; however, certain oversized or specialty items may not be eligible.

We currently ship within the United States.

- Orders under $100 ship forΒ $5.99β$13.99, based on package weight and destination.
- Orders are shipped viaΒ USPS, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery, depending on your location and the most efficient shipping method.
- Most orders are processed and shipped withinΒ 1β3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or other peak shopping periods.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Online Returns
- Return requests must be submitted withinΒ 14 days of deliveryΒ for a full refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We do not offer exchanges for online orders.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining a return shipping label and paying all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3β5 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Gift Returns
