Shipping & Pick-up
In-Store Pickup
We offer FREE in-store pickup on all eligible orders.
- Most pickup orders are ready within 30 minutes during regular store hours.
- You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please wait for your pickup notification before coming to the store.
- A valid photo ID or your order confirmation may be requested at pickup.
- Orders will be held for 14 days from the date you are notified they are ready. If you need additional time, please contact us.
- Most items are available for in-store pickup; however, certain oversized or specialty items may not be eligible.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
- FREE standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
- Orders under $100 ship for $5.99–$13.99, based on package weight and destination.
- Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery, depending on your location and the most efficient shipping method.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or other peak shopping periods.
- Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@wrhomecompany.com.
- Orders that have not yet been processed may be canceled for a full refund.
- Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
- If you no longer wish to keep the order after it ships, you may return eligible items in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Restrictions
While most products are available for shipping, some oversized, fragile, or specialty items may not qualify for shipment. If an item cannot be shipped, it will be clearly indicated on the product page or we will contact you after your order is placed.

In-Store Returns
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
- Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging (if applicable).
- Items must be free of perfume, smoke, pet hair, deodorant marks, stains, or other odors.
- A receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Sale, clearance, promotional, custom, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online Returns
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We do not offer exchanges for online orders.
- Customers are responsible for obtaining a return shipping label and paying all return shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging (if applicable).
- Items must be free of perfume, smoke, pet hair, deodorant marks, stains, or other odors.
- Sale, clearance, promotional, custom, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, please email orders@wrhomecompany.com with your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Gift Returns
Eligible items returned with a gift receipt are not eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. Instead, they may be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Gift returns must:
- Be accompanied by the original gift receipt.
- Be made within 14 days of the original purchase.
- Be unused, unworn, and in new condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging (if applicable).
- Be free of perfume, smoke, pet hair, deodorant marks, stains, or other odors.
- Sale, clearance, promotional, custom, and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for gift returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at orders@wrhomecompany.com. We’ll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.
